Swedish/Danish Riviera
The terrain, charming towns, incredible hotels and food were as advertised and top drawer. As with all the Backroads trips we've taken, our leaders make it so enjoyable and fun. Truly a fantastic trip and experience. We highly recommend it!

GIRL POWER
Look at these leaders!!! Just Bad to the Bone!!! Another incredible Backroads Trip. Don't miss out

Another Incredible Cycling Trip!
My second Backroads trip and I am hooked! What is better than a vacation where I'm actively exploring a country while experiencing fantastic cuisine, meeting a group of wonderful people and having all the logistics taken care of? Everyday was exciting. The hotels were unique and special. Backroads provides very thorough information. The Leaders are easy to adore!
Another fabulous trip with Backroads
Great time. Great trip leaders. Great people on the trip. Loved the geography. Hotel and food were excellent. What more could I ask for.
Everything was excellent, especially the leaders!
All elements of the trip were excellent: Hotels and meals were fantastic. The routes were well thought out, and we loved riding in the countryside. But the stars of the show were the leaders. AJ, Benji, and Alissa were professional, attentive, kind, and willing to fulfill any request. They even arranged for a last-minute birthday cake with sparklers!
Trip Leaders delivered the perfect experience!!!
Will, Nine and Carly exemplify Backroad's obsession with customer service. The hotels were perfect, the meals sumptuous, the bike routes perfect and the equipment peerless. But what changed a perfect vacation into a lifetime memory was your team. They just ROCK!!!
The only biking tour we would consider
We just completed our fifth Backroads trip and yet again came back completely satisfied. I love that the only thing we have to decide about our summer holidays is which biking trip we want to do. There is no question that our two weeks will always be planned around a Backroads trip. Once the decision of where to go is done, all of the rest is in the capable hands of Backroads. Every time we love the actual backroads, the hotels, the meals, our biking companions, and especially our leaders. It has become the highlight of our year.
Amazing Trip.... wish it was longer
Had a great time exploring Scandanavia on a bike. Highly recommend this trip and Backroads.
The best ride for those who don't like to climb steep hills
Beautiful terrain and cool weather: perfect biking conditions. Fantastic accommodations and great guides made for a spectacular trip. We would do this trip again.
Fantastic trip -- even with some rainy weather!
This was our 6th BR trip and it met all our expectations, other than for a string of sunny days, which even BR can't control. We had a very small group with two fantastic guides, and the beauty of the countryside was spectacular, even amid clouds and some rain. This part of Europe was less crowded in general and the Scandinavians are friendly and good hosts. The hotels in particular were stellar -- very deluxe -- including the funky inn in the small Swedish town of Trosa. There is one long train ride to get into Denmark, but plenty of biking as well. It was my first experience with one of their e-bikes and I loved it. There's no trip I can't consider now, knowing I have that extra power to get up tough hills, or last longer over the course of the day.
