Are you a great communicator who loves bringing people together? Then you’re the perfect Private Trip Organizer (PTO)! As a PTO, you’ll earn special savings of 25%– 100% on your individual trip price with a group of 12–24 travelers (for more details, see our Private Trip Terms & Conditions).
Get Your Group Onboard Early!
It takes just one Backroads guest to book a scheduled date to remove it as a Private Trip option. Booking 12–18 months out—when you still have thousands of dates to choose from at the best pricing—isn’t too early! There are far fewer options once you’re a year from a desired departure, so the earlier you lock in your core group, the more choices you’ll have. And though there’s no group size minimum, there’s a price advantage to growing your group: as the number of guests increases, your price per person decreases.
Meet Our Dedicated Private Trip Team
After receiving your trip request, a Trip Consultant will contact you to reserve your date and accept your deposit. They’ll also assist you through the rest of the group’s booking process. Once your group is booked, our dedicated Private Trip Guest Services team takes over and will be available to answer all your questions, right up until you meet your world-class Trip Leaders.
