We can’t wait to host you on your Backroads adventure. Before you travel, we require a signed waiver for you and any other guests traveling with you on your reservation. You can complete the waiver on behalf of anyone that shares your mailing address (note: addresses need to be an exact match, so be mindful of variances like Street vs. St. when entering contact information).
Here’s how to access your trip waiver online:
- Access your Backroads Account via the Sign In icon at the top of any Backroads webpage or access your checklist directly through a confirmation email.
- Under your Upcoming Trips, select the trip and click Complete Checklist.
- The second to last item in My Trip Checklist is Waivers; select this to view all travelers listed under your reservation and to sign trip waivers.
- Click the Review & Sign button associated with your name; the Release of Liability waiver will appear as a pop-up.
- Review the form; once reviewed, type your name in the signature box, verify the date and hit Submit.
- For each guest with a signed waiver, you’ll be able to see the status and date of signing next to each traveler’s name listed on your reservation.
- Once completed, you can select View to review the signed form at any time.
