How do I complete the guest information required under my trip checklist?

For all trips, we require basic details about each guest, including date of birth, contact information, allergies/dietary restrictions (if any) and more. It’s easy to add this information in your secure Backroads Account by following these quick steps:

1. Access your Backroads Account via the Sign In icon at the top of any Backroads webpage or through a confirmation email.  
2. Under your Upcoming Trips, select the trip for which you’d like to add Guest Information.  
3. The first item in My Trip Checklist is Guest Information; select this to view all travelers listed under your reservation and to complete details. 
4. For each traveler, you’ll need to click the plus sign (+) next to their name and complete all required fields, then hit Save.  
5. Once completed, a green check mark will appear next to the guest’s name. Once all guests have all required information added, a green check mark will show for Guest Information on the My Trip Checklist.
