How do I confirm a trip on hold?

  1. Log in to your Backroads Account here or via the Sign In icon on our website or by clicking the Confirm Booking button in the email we’ve sent with your hold details.
  2. Under your Upcoming Trips, find the trip you have on hold (you’ll see the hold’s expiration date too) and select Confirm Booking. From there, you’ll be navigated to the checkout page where you can update the guest information for yourself and for any other guests traveling on your reservation, accept or decline the Travel Protection Plan and finalize your booking with a payment.
  3. Enter your payment details or use the card we have on file to submit payment. You’ll see the amount due, as well as the Final Payment amount and related due dates (for reservations confirmed before the Final Payment date). Please note that Travel Protection and Flexible Cancellation plans, if selected, will be added to the amount charged upon confirming the reservation.

Congratulations! Your booking is confirmed. You can print or download your confirmation, and we’ll also email you a booking confirmation. Now it’s time to get excited about your adventure and start reviewing your trip checklist. Click Continue to Trip Checklist to get started!
