From Lárrede, a charming mountain town, hike on a trail sprinkled with Romanesque stone churches and medieval ruins | Dine at Spain’s highest-altitude winery, where you can rest your feet, sample local varietals and learn how viticulturists grow grapes in such extreme conditions | Continue past a layered sleet-colored mountainside, through expansive emerald hills, all the way to our elegant retreat.
