Itinerary
Days 1-3
Begin your discovery of the island by biking from Es Pla, Mallorca’s agricultural heartland, with cultivated fields, windmills, flocks of sheep and olive groves, to piney foothills on roads lined with fragrant rosemary and fennel • Pause in medieval Petra and later in ancient Artà, one of the island’s prettiest towns, to roam a Moorish fortress and stroll tree-lined streets, enjoying a slice of daily life • Hike past a trio of gorgeous, secluded beach calas (coves) and take a dip in turquoise waters • Ride from the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to Alcúdia, one of the island’s best-preserved walled medieval towns • Spend an afternoon snorkeling in the Bay of Pollença • Join a meditation class or relax in the saltwater pool at sunset at our Michelin-Key hotel.
Nights 1-3
Spanning hundreds of acres of protected countryside anad forests, this eco-friendly resort—still a working farm that produces olives and grapes—features minimalist Mallorcan architecture and is the perfect place to disconnect amid what Conde' Nast Traveler described as "sublime surroundings."
