Famed vineyards, such as Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot, provide an idyllic backdrop as you e-bike along car-free paths in the World Heritage landscape of the Coteaux de Champagne • Visit Abbaye d’Hautvillers and the final resting place of Dom Pierre Pérignon who, upon inventing champagne, is said to have cried to his fellow monks, “Come quickly! I am tasting the stars!” • The splendid properties of négociants (wine merchants) line Épernay’s prestigious Avenue de Champagne • An exclusive cellar tour and dinner await at Moët & Chandon’s impressive property.
