Ella Moroz became a trip leader in 2025. She attended The University of Minnesota where she studied elementary education; she then began her adventuring career as an outdoor education guide California. She eventually made the transition to Backroads, where she now enjoys taking the skills she learned and applying them to guiding with adults. She has led trips in Maine, Santa Barbara, Tucson and Croatia.
