Meet in Traverse City, a lively waterfront town known for its vibrant arts scene, and bike the scenic TART Trail past cherry orchards, vineyards and sparkling views of Grand Traverse Bay • Ride through the Leelanau Peninsula toward Suttons Bay and historic Leland, where Fishtown’s weathered fish shanties and harborfront ice cream shops capture the spirit of region • Cycle sections of the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail through forests, farmland and lakeshore landscapes to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore • Climb the towering sands of the famous Dune Climb for sweeping views of Lake Michigan • Ride one of Michigan’s iconic M-22, winding past inland lakes, vineyards and wooded hillsides • Relax at our peaceful retreat surrounded by vineyards and horse pastures on the Leelanau Peninsula.

Ride north along the shoreline of Little Traverse Bay on the Little Traverse Wheelway, which links waterfront towns and quiet stretches of countryside • Spin beneath a canopy of hardwood forest along the legendary Tunnel of Trees, stopping at the beloved Good Hart General Store, a nostalgic roadside market known for its homemade pies and classic Up North charm • Ferry to enchanting, car-free Mackinac Island and settle into our elegant blufftop retreat overlooking the Straits of Mackinac • Bike the island’s iconic shoreline loop along the nation’s only car-free state highway, perhaps stopping for a swim in the clear waters of Lake Huron • Explore wooded interior trails, browse the town’s charming shops and fudge stores, or simply relax and take in sweeping island views • Walk through Mackinac Island’s forests and historic sites, including Arch Rock, Sugar Loaf, Point Lookout and Fort Holmes • Visit Surrey Hills Museum and the Grand Hotel’s Carriage Museum for a glimpse into the island’s horse-drawn history and Victorian-era charm • Take in sweeping views of Lake Huron from historic Fort Mackinac before ferrying back to the mainland.
