Your Travel Planner is your go-to guide for preparing for your Backroads trip. Sent at booking (or shortly after), it includes your detailed itinerary with daily routes and activities, pre- and post-trip travel tips, a recommended packing list, regional insights and more.
You’ll receive your Travel Planner by email, and it’s always available in your Backroads Account. If you’re booked on a Classic, Women’s Adventure or Family Trip, a printed copy is also mailed to the primary contact on your reservation.
Keep in mind that while your Travel Planner is accurate at the time it’s issued, we may update your itinerary as we enhance your trip. You’ll be notified of any important changes before departure, and your leaders may share additional updates on trip. For the most current details, always check the version in your Backroads Account.
