Yes, you can make changes via your Backroads Account (see here for instructions). Please note that bike requests are subject to availability and prioritized based on the date they’re submitted. If you upgraded to a carbon or tandem, a full cancellation fee will apply in the event you cancel your trip reservation 30 days before departure.
