Our trip with our grandchildren was fabulous !

Our multi-sport family trip to Quebec exceeded our expectations. It was the first time we took our grandkids with us and they enjoyed it immensely . The team leaders were par excellence and took care in making sure everyone was engaged and enjoyed the experience. The variety of activities were very enjoyable and appealing. Also, our group mix was wonderful with everyone making an effort to know each other - adults as well as the children. This was an experience that will live in our memory for a long time!

Why didn't we try this sooner ?!

All of the recommendations you read are true. Our family had an amazing time. Our kids (11 & 16) loved it. The guides were so nice, competent and knowledgeable. The other families were all easygoing, down to earth people who were great to travel with. The accommodations were beautiful and unique. We can't wait to try another Backroads trip !

Had activities ranging from biking, hiking, sea kayaking and whale watching - terrific variety for kids. Ours were 6 and 9 at the time and were able to do everything (younger one biked in tandem). As always, the guides were terrific with both the adults and kids in making it an amazing experience

Great mix of nature, culture, history and fun.

Submitted March 2018

From Chicago, Illinois

I was surprised at how much variation there was in the terrain because I assumed that Quebec would be mostly a city trip. Quebec is a beautiful and charming old city and is really fun and interesting in itself. It is also surrounded by the natural beauty of the St. Lawrence River and a variety of activities and wildlife to explore. I loved seeing the whales!
