With seven or fewer guests, your trip is designed to perfectly balance privacy and attentiveness— privacy in the evening when you want it, and attentiveness during the day when you need it.

Trip Leader

Your Trip Leader will be fully available to you during the day, while still allowing you time to be on your own and the freedom to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Private Family Trips are staffed with 2 leaders—call your Private Trip Consultant if you have questions.

Daily Flexibility

Every morning your leader will greet you to go over the daily activities (poised and prepared to support you along the way). There’s plenty of on-trip flexibility too. Want to sleep in or have a late breakfast? Skip a day on the road or trail to enjoy the shops, museums, wineries or pool? Your leader will help you find the best option for you and will be happy to discuss possibilities and entertain suggestions throughout the week.

This unique flexibility extends to meals as well: snacks and lunches will include tasty local specialties along with a healthy dose of your favorite fare. Dinners will range from á la carte dining opportunities to “chef’s choice” tasting menus.

At the end of your day out on the road or trail, your leader will make sure you are settled into your hotel for the evening, leaving you to dine on your own and enjoy the company of your traveling companions. You’ll have as much time as you desire to enjoy the hotel and its amenities. If you have any questions about the restaurant or menu, be sure to ask your leader before they bid farewell for the evening. Bon appétit—see you in the morning!
