Your deposit is fully refundable on Scheduled and Private trips up to 7 days after you book, when you book 7 days or more before final payment due date. Once this refundable period expires, you may still transfer your deposit (or, for Scheduled trips only, place it on your account for a future booking) as long as you make your change before the Final Payment due date, as follows:
- For Scheduled Trips, you have until 95 days prior to the trip to transfer or credit your payment, after which cancellation fees apply.
- For Private Trips, you have up to 7 days after you book, when you book 7 days or more before final payment is due.
- Special Departures, you have until 155 days prior.
- For Active Cruises, that cutoff is 185 days. For Antarctica, the cutoff is 216 days.
