Transparency is one of our core company values, so we would like to openly share our hiring strategy as it is known to us today. Due to the ever-changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and its affect on travel, this might change.

In a typical year we assess our returning leader ranks at the end of the year and use that information to predict the number of new staff needed. This year we expect it will take longer to gain clarity as our hiring need will depend on travel restrictions, availability of a vaccine, local regulations and sales trends. We are committed to keeping you updated through this page and our monthly candidate communication.

What you need to know:

  • We expect to bring new folks on board in 2021!
  • We have already run more than 100 trips in the US since the COVID-19 pandemic started.

Hiring timeline:

  • October 31, 2020: Our application will open! Visit this page that day to be the first one to apply. UPDATE: We are in the final stages of redesigning our application; it will be ready to launch on November 9, 2020. Thank you for your patience.   • December 2020: Launch of our monthly candidate communication. In these emails we introduce you to Backroads, share our current needs and offer updates on candidates' application review.
  • January 2021: Our Hiring Team will begin to process applications!
