All Backroads guests traveling to Cuba are required to review and sign a Certification of Travel. Please upload a clear high-quality scan or photo of your completed form via the link below at least 30 days before your trip.
Please submit a competed document for all guests traveling on your reservation.
We’ll contact you in the event that the scan or photo quality is not sufficient or if any additional information is required.
