Of 15 bike trips, (9 with Backroads) Mallorca has the most splendid combination of superb roads and awesome scenery. The dinners were beautifully presented and delicious. Each one very special. Fabulous to be able to eat so elegantly outdoors on the patio at Cap Rocat and the BBQ in the garden of Son Brull. The sunset dinner views at Valdemossa and wine tasting were exquisite too.- Ottawa, ON
