Arrive in Quebec City and feel transported by its cobbled lanes, turreted châteaux and centuries-old fortifications • Spin along the St. Lawrence River and take in panoramic water views • Ride through the Plains of Abraham, the site of a pivotal 1759 battle that shaped the course of Canadian history • Sample locally produced wines, artisan cheeses, fresh produce as you explore the countryside and agricultural belts south of Quebec City.

Journey into the Eastern Townships, known for its blend of English and French heritage, agritourism and slow-paced rural charm • Cycle along the mighty Magog and Massawippi rivers, passing farmland dotted with silos and perhaps the occasional grazing deer • Taste handcrafted cheeses from a local fromagerie • Ride on the Route Verte, railway turned bike path and one of Canada’s celebrated greenway networks • Visit a local microbrewery and sample ales infused with native botanicals • Ride along the foodie-favorite Véloroute Gourmand toward Montreal.
