What if my trip is postponed due to travel restrictions:
For trips scheduled after mid-June 2020, we will be reviewing 35 days prior to departure (or closer as the situation changes) to determine if it is safe and feasible to run the trip. If your trip is postponed, we will place 100% of your trip funds (including Travel Protection Plan, if applicable) on account along with an additional credit per guest.*
*All funds and credit must be applied to a new reservation by 12/31/2022.
What if I'm booked on a trip after mid-June 2020:
Our goal is to provide flexibility so that you can have the time and information you need to make the best decision. If you wish to postpone, you can transfer prior to final payment to any trip without penalty.
We have extended the final payment date from 95 days to 35 days prior to departure for all departures through 8/31/2020 and will continue to look at opportunities to provide more flexibility for you to make decisions. We have also extended the final payment date from 95 days to 65 days prior to departure for all departures 9/1/2020 - 12/15/2020.
Private & Custom Trips and Cruises:
We have extended the final payment date from 155 days to 65 days prior to departure for all departures through 12/15/2020.

What if I'm thinking about a new reservation:

Hold Your Spot for 2021
For new bookings - hold your 2021 spot with a fully refundable deposit.* You can cancel your 2021 deposit without penalty up until 11/1/20.
*Once you've paid final payment, our standard cancellation policy applies. This offer does not apply to Special or Private Departures.
As we’ve learned over the past few weeks, what makes sense today may not make sense tomorrow. Please understand that we reserve the right to change these policies without prior notice due to this very fluid and unpredictable situation.
