We have relaxed and updated our policies as follows:
What if my trip is postponed due to travel restrictions:
We will be reviewing trips 35 days prior to departure (or closer as the situation changes) to determine if it is safe and feasible to run the trip. If your trip is postponed, we will place 100% of your trip funds (including Travel Protection Plan, if applicable) on account along with an additional credit per guest.*
*All funds and credit must be applied to a new reservation by 12/31/2022.
What if I'm booked on an upcoming 2020 trip:
Our goal is to provide flexibility so that you can have the time and information you need to make the best decision. If you wish to postpone, you can transfer prior to final payment to any trip without penalty.
Scheduled, Private & Custom Trips:
For all Scheduled, Private and Custom departures through 8/31/2020, we have extended the final payment date to 35 days prior to departure. For all departures in the US from 9/1/2020 - 12/19/2020, we have extended the final payment date to 50 days prior to departure. For trips outside of the US from 9/1/2020 - 12/19/2020, we have extended the final payment date to 35 days prior to departure.
River & Ocean Cruises:
For all departures through 12/19/2020 we have extended the final payment date from 155 days to 65 days prior to departure.
For all departures through 12/19/2020 we have extended the final payment date from 155 days to 50 days prior to departure.
What if I'm thinking about a new reservation:

Hold Your Spot for 2021
For new bookings - hold your 2021 spot with a fully refundable deposit.* You can cancel your 2021 deposit without penalty up until 11/1/20.
*Once you've paid final payment, our standard cancellation policy applies. This offer does not apply to Special or Private Departures.
As we’ve learned over the past few months, what makes sense today may not make sense tomorrow. Please understand that we reserve the right to change these policies without prior notice due to this very fluid and unpredictable situation.
