Director Inside Sales and Guest Service Center

Are you an absolute guru of leading high touch, high quality in-bound call center teams that are B2C (consumer, not b2b)?
Can you seamlessly blend high quality outcomes with sales goals, delighting guests and building a smart structure?
If you have any question with what that that entails, or if you are not sure if you are qualified, you are probably not the right fit. When we say that we are high touch, high quality, we really mean it (no – really!).

If you’ve been hands-on, quality driven, leading teams of at least 30 (ours is 50+) especially in luxury travel (or other similar consumer focused high consideration purchase) in-bound sales, then we’d love to hear from you.

Our team of 50+ is comprised of: Private Sales Consultants, Trip Sales Consultants, Guest Service and Sales Operations. We offer consultation/sales/service for our active adventurers all over the world. We pride ourselves in our consultative sales approach, and our commitment to being guest focused. We are relationship builders, we find the right trip for the right guest. We are not cold-callers, spammers, or high pressure sales folks.

This role is for immediate consideration and is based on site, in Berkeley, CA. Candidates must be able to legally work in the U.S. Candidates currently based in the Bay Area strongly preferred.
