Amalfi Coast Walking

From Italy's Amalfi Coast to the Isle of Capri

Mountains towering over azure waters. Vineyards, lemon trees and ancient olive groves clinging to the hillsides. Roman history, rich culture, local seafood, fine wines and decadent gelato. For centuries, the Amalfi Coast has lured royalty, writers and artists to its sun-drenched shores. Now it’s your turn. Journey with Backroads through the land of le sirene (the sirens) and surrender your senses to this enchanting oasis where land meets the sea.

Trip praise

My wife and I have been on many tours with many tour companies and this was the best that we have taken so far. The accommodations and food were carefully thought out and planned with a view to staying at locations where we experienced the true feeling of the region and local flavor of food— the restaurants took pride in sharing their culinary specialties in each town we visited. Finally, when we stopped for lunch on our hikes, our leaders ensured that we ate with the locals, which enriched our trip. Overall, the quality and quantity of the food was the best that we have ever experienced on a tour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
