Joining the North and South American continents, Panama presents a startling juxtaposition of two worlds. From the high ridges of the Telemanca Mountain Range to famously wildlife-rich lowland jungles and renowned white-sand beaches, this slender country packs a bit of everything. After several spectacular days of exploring Panama's rugged mainland, travel to the Pacific-anchored Boca Brava for seaside adventure and relaxation. This Multisport Trip showcases the best of Panama - from cloud forests to sun-drenched Pacific islands - by bike, raft, with snorkels and on foot.
