Carol Farnworth has been with Dimensions in Travel for 27 of her 30 years in the travel industry, and has provided travel services to numerous Backroads guests since 1995. She thoroughly enjoyed her two Backroads vacations: a walking trip in Eastern Canada and a biking trip in Louisiana. A Scotsmaster agent certified by the Scottish Tourism Board, Carol has visited Great Britain more than 30 times and traveled in Germany, the Czech Republic, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, Turkey, Holland, Austria, Hungary, France, Italy, Russia as well as Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.

Jill Romano is the co-owner of Dimensions in Travel and has worked at the agency since 1987. Holding a degree in art history from the University of the East Anglia, Norwich, England, Jill has traveled extensively and tries to visit a new destination each year. Her over 20 years of experience, along with personal visits to so many Backroads destinations—France, Ireland, England, Scotland, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Turkey, Morocco, the Dalmatian Coast, China, Thailand, the Canadian Rockies, Hawaii and Yellowstone and Yosemite National Parks—makes her a perfect fit for helping guests with a variety of pre- and post-travel plans. She has made travel arrangements for Backroads guests since 1995 and has traveled with Backroads to Bali and Cinque Terre. Though Jill's specific areas of expertise and personal favorites are the U.K., France and Italy, she loves the challenge of something new.

Wynette Brecher has been with Dimensions in Travel for six years and has provided worldwide travel services to numerous Backroads guests. She got her start in the travel industry as the Travel Coordinator for Rolling Stone Magazine in 1987. Wynette's areas of expertise are the USA, England, France, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Costa Rica and family travel. She has one son so she knows all about the joys of traveling with kids. Wynette has done the Backroads California Wine Country Biking trip and hopes to do a multisport trip next.
