William E. McGlashan Jr.

William McGlashan was named CEO of Critical Path in January 2002 after his success in helping to lead the company to financial stability in 2001. Mr. McGlashan, a veteran executive from both the corporate and private equity world and previously interim CEO, was originally appointed Critical Path's interim president and chief operating officer in April 2001.
Mr. McGlashan also served as chief executive of technology investment firm Vectis Group LLC and as a Venture Partner at Whitney & Co., the first established venture firm in the U.S., with approximately $5 billion under management. He co-founded and served as President of Pharmanex, a leading phyto-pharmaceutical and dietary supplement company with annual sales of approximately $450 million in 20 countries.
Prior to Pharmanex, Mr. McGlashan was co-founder and CEO of Generation Ventures, a firm funded by Whitney & Co. that started new ventures and facilitated the entry of U.S. technology companies in China. He also co-founded and served as President of TRADE Inc., a venture funded trade information database company, and was a senior associate with Bain Capital and Information Partners. Mr. McGlashan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history at Yale University and a master's degree in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
John J. Donahoe

John Donahoe is Bain & Company’s Worldwide Managing Director. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s 27 offices and over 2,500 employees around the world. Mr. Donahoe joined the firm in 1982.
Mr. Donahoe’s client work has focused primarily on major corporate transformations. He has served clients in the telecommunications, airlines, aerospace and financial services industries. Several of these client relationships encompassed a wide range of activities including corporate and business unit strategy and significant implementation support. Mr. Donahoe has particular interest in customer loyalty and retention.
In addition to his client work Mr. Donahoe has held a variety of management roles and positions within Bain. He served as Head of the San Francisco office for seven years and has been a member of the firm’s operating and nominating committees. He was elected Bain’s Worldwide Managing Director in the fall of 1999.
Prior to joining Bain, Mr. Donahoe worked for the Rolm Corporation and Salomon Brothers. He earned an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Scholar. Mr. Donahoe is a graduate of Dartmouth College where he received a Bachelor of Arts with high distinction, magna cum laude, in Economics, and was elected Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Donahoe serves on the Board of Directors of Bridgespan, Bain’s non-profit entity, Sacred Heart Schools in Menlo Park California and the Advisory Council for the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is married to Eileen Chamberlain and they have four children.
William Stanley Price III
Texas Pacific Group

Mr. Price was a founding partner of Texas Pacific Group in 1992. Prior to forming Texas Pacific, Mr. Price was Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development for G.E. Capital, reporting to the Chairman. In this capacity, Mr. Price was responsible for acquiring new business units and determining the business and acquisition strategies for existing businesses.
From 1985 to 1991 Mr. Price was employed by the management-consulting firm of Bain & Company, attaining officer status and acting as co-head of the Financial Services Practice.
Prior to 1985, Mr. Price was employed as an associate specializing in corporate securities transactions with the legal firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Mr. Price is a member of the California Bar and graduated with honors in 1981 from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. He is a 1978, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stanford University. Mr. Price serves on the Board of Directors of the following companies: Continental Airlines, Inc., Del Monte Foods Company, Denbury Resources, Inc., Gemplus International, S.A., Verado Holdings, and several private companies. He is also on the board of two non-profit organizations: COPIA and The California Mentor Foundation.
Born in Los Angeles, California on April 20, 1956. Bill went to Punahou High School on Oahu Island in Hawaii, where he developed a love for the ocean and travel. Bill is an avid Surfer, Cyclist, and Snowboarder. He has mixed his love of athletics with many fundraising projects. Every year he raises funds for different non-profit organizations of his choice. Bill is also a major supporter of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation. He was the top individual fundraiser in the history of the California AIDS Ride in 2001, and was a major underwriter for the Inaugural AIDSLifecycle Ride in 2002. Bill has two children and lives in Belvedere, CA.
