Seasonal Trip Operations Support Specialist
Berkeley, CA
The Trip Operations Support Specialist position provides the administrative assistance needed to ensure that the Trip Operations department runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. This position is part of the Trip Operations Support Specialist Team. It requires close interaction with the Team members, Regional Managers, off-site Trip Development field staff, as well as our hotel partners and subcontractors. A high degree of organization, attention to detail, self motivation and coordination is required to carry out the responsibilities of this position along with a focus on flawless execution of defined processes.
Work Schedule: This position is full time, seasonal (March-July).
Qualified candidates must have:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional at multi-tasking
• Ability to work as a team player as well as being self-motivated and independent.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Aptitude for anticipating what steps come next and proactively help the process along.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with databases a plus. (Training will be provided.)
• Remain engaged on repetitive tasks
• Knowledge and understanding of Backroads trips.
• Ability to lift 30lbs.
