Seasonal Rooming Assistant
We are currently seeking to fill two seasonal Rooming Assistant positions within our Trip Operations department for 2013. These positions have the important role of communicating vital room information to our outside vendors and updating our internal database.
Time frame for the first position is January 2013 through October 2013.
Time frame for the second position is February 2013 through July 2013.
We are looking for candidates with excellent attention to detail who enjoy a fast-paced environment and don’t mind repetitive tasks. Qualified candidates must have:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Aptitude for technology including strong excel skills; experience working with databases a plus but not necessary
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
