Hallo! I can't wait to introduce you to our new family biking adventure in Holland & Belgium. You'll love this trip for its easygoing routes on fietspaden (bike paths) through picturesque villages and postcard-perfect countryside—think pitch-roofed farmhouses, flower fields, dreamy canals, emerald-green fields...The hotels and restaurants are top-notch, including the Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg, set in a beautiful national park. And, yes grown-ups, the beer in Belgium really is as tasty as you've heard!
There's lots to thrill the younger crowd too. Kids will be smitten by storybook windmills and herds of distinctive "Oreo cookie" cows. There are colorful Dutch klompen to clomp around in. Crispy Belgian frites to devour (hold the ketchup—eat 'em with mayo). Hot cocoa and Dutch apple pie. And chocolate shops brimming with every imaginable indulgence, from artisan-crafted truffles to handmade Brugsch Swaentje or "Bruges Swans." Need I say more? I heart Holland & Belgium and think you will too!
