 Taste of Tuscanyby Guy Frankenfield
Lynn and I had the best active vacation with our Backroads experience, a Taste of Tuscany, in July of 2002. Our photos do not do justice to the landscape and aromas of the Tuscan hills, valleys, and quaint villages. Each day was a new adventure in the sights (olive trees, cypress trees, bruum, and vineyards) and tastes of the freshly prepared bruschetta and Chianti wines. Backroads made this possible through a well planned, but flexible bike routes through the hilly countryside. This trip was not for the sunday biker, but we biked the full ride everyday, and were glad we did. Caio, Guy and Lynn |
